Knockmealdown Walking Club Formed
At the Knockmealdown Active Loop walk of Clogheen on February 5th 2012 the Knockmealdown Walking Club was officially unveiled. For further information contact Jim O Brien 087 249 0089.
The group hopes to take on a range of walks in different areas around the Knockmealdown Mountains, and further afield, each weekend. If you keep an eye on the Knockmealdown Active Facebook Page (click on ‘Like’ and it’s updates will show up on your Facebook page) or sign up for our updates in the ‘Follow Clogheen’ box on the bottom right of the page and you’ll receive updates each time there is a new post put on this Clogheen website.
Next Sunday, February 12th 2012, the group is to meet up in Goatenbridge at 10am to take on one of the many loop walks this lovely area has to offer. There will be full details on this site later in the week.
